You can sign up or change plans from November 1, 2026 to January 15, 2027. A court blocked a rule that would have ended it on December 15, so the usual dates stay. Pick your plan by December 15 to be covered on January 1.

This is why it is important to review your plan before it renews. Do not just let it renew on its own.
